Electronic Waiver Setup
Select AdminCP from the left-hand menu (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
Select Super Admin from the submenu. (If you do not see Super Admin, you do not have sufficient permissions)
Select Config System Settings (If you do not see Config System Settings, you do not have sufficient permissions)
In the tabbed section at the top of the screen, click Prize Settings.
First, we'll add our default prize release form/waiver.
On the Prize Settings page, scroll down to Default Prize Waiver
Here you can copy/paste your release form/waiver or type a new one using the built-in text editor.
Before we create our default waiver, let's learn more about the codes that can be used in your waiver.
(%winner_name%) Inserts the winner's name as it appears in the SPARC winner info field.
(%prize_name%) Inserts the prize giveaway name that is associated with the waiver being signed.
(%prize_value%) Inserts the dollar value of the prize the winner has won.
(%prize_tracker%) Inserts the name of the physical prize found in the Prize Tracker that is associated with the waiver being signed.
(%station_name%) Inserts the name of the radio station associated with the prize giveaway.
Next, we'll create the template for the automated email that is sent to winners.
Scroll down to the Send Waiver Email Body.
Here you can copy/paste text or type new test using the built-in text editor.
Before we create our waiver email subject & body, let's learn more about the codes that can be used in your email.

Once you're happy with your email body template, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Settings.
