Send An Email To An Individual Winner

Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)

Select Winner Management from the sub-menu. (If you do not see Prize Management, you do not have sufficient permissions)

Select Winner List (If you do not see Winner List, you do not have sufficient permissions)

Locate the winner you’d like to email. You can search or scroll through the list of winners or search the winner list using the search bar in the top right-hand corner.

Once you’ve located your winner click the blue Info & Media Files button

Locate the Send Email section directly below the Winner Information Section

This can only be used to communicate with the winner about their prize or to get more information from them. This feature cannot be used for marketing in any way per spam laws

Simply add a subject line, type your email and the green Send Email button.
