Download Individual Winner Info Into A PDF
From time to time you may need to download a winner’s information into a PDF file for auditing purposes or just for your own records.
Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
Select Winner Management from the sub-menu. (If you do not see Prize Management, you do not have sufficient permissions)
Select Winner List (If you do not see Winner List, you do not have sufficient permissions)
Locate the winner you’d like to download into a PDF. You can search or scroll through the list of winners or search the winner list using the search bar in the top right-hand corner.
Once you’ve located your winner click the blue Info & Media Files button
Once on this screen click the blue-green Download PDF button
This will open a new window in your browser with the the winner's information for this contest win.
Select the Print option in your browser and choose "Save as a PDF"
You’re done!
