Writing Then Uploading a Script

  • Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)

  • Select Creative Management from the sub menu. (If you do not see Creative Management, you do not have sufficient permissions)

  • Select Creative Dashboard (If you do not see Creative Management, you do not have sufficient permissions) 

  • Ensure the piece of creative's status is set to "In Writing".

  • Click the client name on the piece of creative you'd like to write/upload a script for. 

  • In the top right-hand corner you'll see two buttons. "Write Script" and "Upload Script".

Uploading a Script

The following steps are instructions on how to upload a script as a document. To learn how to use PARC Media Hub's built in script writer, click HERE

 

  • Once you're in the information section of a piece of creative (access this by clicking the client name on the creative dashboard) click "Upload Script" in the top right hand corner.

  • A field will appear allwoing you to upload documents. Click "Browse..." to locate the file on your computer. 

  • If you need to upload multiple documents click "+ Script" on the right-hand side.

  • Once all your script are uploaded click "Upload Scripts"

  • The rep now has the script

 

Revisions

If a script revision is made the order will be sent back to "Received" with a note that states a a revision has been made. 

  • To get the revision info click the client name on the order to open the details section. 

  • Scroll down, you'll see "Revision Notes" directly above the original copy points. 

  • To write/upload a script with the revisions following the previous steps for writing/uploading scripts.
